No Finger printing notice received. This was at NSC. Mostly will get 2 years EAD as my PD is nowhere near to current but will update everyone for sure once I receive the cards!

I have been reading all the valuable suggestions being provided to you by the senior and exisiting members of immigrationvoice.org. I feel your pain and frustation. I would like to point out a few things which no other member did so far for you:
Your application has been denied. I am sure you have already filed an MTR unless its ready to go out in the mail. If you are lucky your MTR will get approved or it will be sent to AAO office which is taking roughly 18 months for a decision.
My advice to you is to file a brand new I140 EB3 application along with your MTR as that will allow you to maintain your priority date and start a new I140 application. Consult my advice with your attorney and see if he agrees to what I suggested. If he does then he should not charge you a consultancy fee as that advice would have come from you not him.
There is no way any credential evaluation agency can equate a Indian BCOM degree to Bachelors in Business Administration in USA. If you center was NSC they are known to deny cases such as yours. TSC is following their footsteps.
In your appeal you need to concentrate on your Masters Degree as that was the requirement for your job profile on your LC.
You need a strong lawyer in your case who can justify and question USCIS decision. Feel free to ask me any other questions related to my advice.

Even I e-filed my AP 2 days ago (this is my first time not renewal thou). I wanted to know if I need to send 2 photographs and explanation on separate piece of paper.

If the hosung markets turned down like the NASDAQ 5 yrs ago, and brought down the whole economy with it, then as a result of the ensuing economic recession you lost one, two or all 3 of your jobs and ended up in negative equity, could not find a new job sponsoring H1b due to the deep recession and your greencard is nowhere in the near future. Would you still feel as secure and happy? I am not sure what country you are from, but would you make a salary close to what you are making here?
Security my friend, thats what a green card brings. I applaud you on your courage and bravery in just taking a chance and doing all these things, you will likely be fine and get your green card eventually but taking risks can bring consequences as well. Many people are more risk averse than you.
A GC is going to make finding a job a lot easier & is going to make you feel much more secure than a H1 is a fallacy in my opinion. I think, if you currently have a H1 job, you have proved your worthiness in the job market. In fact, you are probably better off than a GC holder, since you are forced to be on your toes to maintain and update your skill set for fear of the difficulty in finding another H1 job.
I have plenty of (EB) GC friends around me who got their GCs through their job through the 1996-2000 .com boom, but now have trouble finding their 1st right job, post the GC. They missed out on the 2002-2005 housing boom, all the time while I, on a H1 was reaping the fruits of taking the risk and getting in while still waiting out on my GC.
Besides, in a global economy US jobs themselves are far less secure than during any other times in modern day history, so even a US citizenship is not going to make one feel secure with regards to employment.
What is going to make you feel secure ultimately is being well qualified & well skilled. For people with the right qualifications and skills there will always be a H1 job (or for that matter a well paid job no matter what the geography) out there. In my opinion, having the right skills and qualifications is one's security, and that�s what I have always banked on while moving so forward on a H1.

Yes, I did use LS.
But my motive was not to jump the line as I told my company attorney to purposefully find an LC from this year or last year. And since it was a multibillion dollar company with some xx thousand employees. They were able to find one.
Not everyone's motives is to jump the line. I did this because I didnt want to wait another 10 years to apply for I 485.
And on the top, dont even think that all who did LS were able to jump the line. LS involves lot of scrutiny and it was always safer to use one's own labor.

Thats a good analysis. As you noted EB-2 India got only 14K visas as opposed to other predictions of 30-32K visas. I have long said that the variable here is how EB1 and EB-2 ROW demand numbers. A lot of folks assumed that all the spill over will end up in the EB-2 I/C lap. It does not as long as there is no retrogression across the entire EB-2 category severely, making the old PD golden (this is not going to happen) or there is very less demand for EB1 and EB2-ROW numbers.
While I agree with your analysis, I feel that the number of employers/applicants filing for Labor/140/485 has started a downward spiral in 2008. This means lesser demand for EB1 and EB-2 ROW numbers making the numbers available to EB-2 I & C. Again, it is very well possible that there are just enough number of people from both Eb1 & EB-2 ROW categories left & entering in the system to deny the numbers to EB-2 I & C. Unless the state of the economy continues like this, shedding 600K jobs in one month, equal to number jobs in the state of Maine, we can't say that EB-2 I & C can become close to current or leap into 2007 and beyond. Then we might be current and have a GC but the economic situation would be so worse that people don't care for GC. God Forbid we have to see that and lets hope and pray that the Stimulus will resuscitate the economy

NY never picks up call (passport, pio & receptions) or replies to mail.
Wait times in person are horrible - 5-6 hours. only 1 person to serve all the people for passports, pio /oci cards etc.
Their turnaround time is pretty good.
I prefer to deal with via postal even though it is walkable distance from my work.

Were you present at the rally? I'm guessing you weren't.
IV represents high-skilled, educated, professionals - most of us don't expect to see major changes happen overnight. We do not expect the United States Congress, or the Senate, or the White House to fall in love with our cause instantly and issue us green cards by the weekend!
Nevertheless, the process of educating lawmakers, the media, and the country should continue.
The rally was just another step, albeit a significant one. It's symbolism isn't lost on anyone who attended. A significant number of meetings were held on lobby day.

I understand that is not a reliable source of tracking approval pattern, however, this is the only tracker we have available and this gives us fairly good idea about USCIS processing.
Based on , there are about 1200 Approvals for EB-2 (Including ROW, India and China) since Oct01 2007.
However, there are only 450 approvals for EB-3 (Including ROW, India and China) sine Oct01'2007.
So howcome they ran out of EB3 numbers when there are very few approvals for this year. I was hoping they will run out of EB2 numbers instead.
Any insight on this?

I guess that depends upon how many of the applicants have registered in .
If it is 1%, then CIS would have used 130,000 by now, if it was 2%, 65,000 used by now...

However, there are only 450 approvals for EB-3 (Including ROW, India and China) sine Oct01'2007.
So howcome they ran out of EB3 numbers when there are very few approvals for this year. I was hoping they will run out of EB2 numbers instead.
Any insight on this?

I guess that depends upon how many of the applicants have registered in .
If it is 1%, then CIS would have used 130,000 by now, if it was 2%, 65,000 used by now...
