I aske my lawyer to send the document on june 29th so it will reach july -1st or second. what happen if the USCIS recieve the document on july 1st?
I don't think there will be anyone there Saturday or Sunday. FedEx, UPS, and USPS also don't deliver Sundays, and usually not on Saturdays, either.

Thanks guys .... for coming behind me .. Shane Warne or Purple Haze won't satisfy you guys .. Y dont we discuss how Kanimozhi's discontent couldn't play spoil sport for the new govt and how Azhagiri got cornered with chemicals and fertilizers (these 2 are not any interntaional fame for an american 'tunnel rat' to know abt them).
Above all I am here to get some information to bring a company which violates rules to authorities, nothing more nothing less and not here to do any name calling of mud slinging.

Regular EB2 ROW gets 34,436 -- see below for break down
We know that EB2 gets 140,000 * 28.6% of visas which is 40,040.
Out of 40,040, 7% is allocated to china and an other 7% goes to India.
So EB2 ROW = 40,040 - 2*(40,040*7%) = 34,436 -------------------------------------------- (1)
In the document that you have, EB2 ROW received 27, 406 visas... How? see below
Total allocation for Eb2 (A1) - 53,872
India received (B1) - 19,961
China's received (C1) - 6,505

Got the CPO ordered email on 09/16/2010, updated to Post Decision Activity on 09/17/2010 for both primary and derivative.
Got FP appointment scheduled in the first week of Sep, but gave it earlier ( last week of august)

Why would they think like that?, USCIS made a mistake. They tried to cover (by making visas unavailable) their ass to save their jobs. Thats why we have congress to help us out.
For USCIS its a bad publicity.
We have congress "helping us out" by doing WHAT exactly?? So far we have exactly ONE congresswoman who made a statement. After that no one has even BOTHERED to do anything.

A new technique reqruiters are using is
"Hey, I am OK with EAD, it is just this particular client of mine who is not and I tried to educate this client but they do not listen. I tried placing another guy on EAD at this client but they rejected because of EAD and I placed so many people on EAD in other clients. So I hear you. Good luck with other jobs."
I still think it is some notorous reqruiters who apply the EAD filter. They do not want to deal with a lot of resumes and they want to apply that filter.
If someone askes we can say we have GCs and then if that takes us through the process, they cannot raise a problem at the I-9 stage as that would violate labor law.
And usually people who initially ask and filter are different from people who collect I-9 information, so that may actually work.

Here is a suggestion, who ever decides to join Vonage now, can use a referral link from one of the member, who is already a vonage customer, so that he can get 2 months off. Now the member who got 2 months off, can either donate two months bill amount or one month (if he choose to retain one month off) to forum.;)

How many times in this thread I have mentioned that I am getting replaced by one of these L-1B resource, I am a poor Oracle/DB developer who fortunately cannot be replaced by L-1B visa resources (as my skills is a common technical one). So once these violations impact your day to day life you look around for ways to stop this fraud. Its true that if I was a Nuero Surgeon in Phily or a Astro Scientist in Houston I wouldn't be interested in this violation :-) .... tomorrow let this scenario happen to you ... you would be first one to raise the alert.
Regarding 'getting burnt', I don't think there is bigger burn than loosing our jobs (which already is happening) and hope you know that there is something called 'anonymity'... ya lets see whos going to get 'burnt' here. We'll definetly keep you updated regarding the outcome.

1. It took me 5 working days to receive the cards. (3rd status changed to card production ordered and on 11th the cards are in my mail box)
nrk, how long did it take after the status got updated to "Approval Notice Sent" to the cards received by you? I am assuming that "Approval Notice Sent" on 485 is actually mailing the cards out to the applicant. ( That is what happens on 765 (EAD) application all the time).

Do we suppose to send I-130 with I-485 application? I have re-filed for my self and my wife for I-485 based on approved I-140 EB2 Employment. Please let me know.
My application filed on July 2 was rejected (NSC->CSS) saying missing I-140 I797 approval even though it was attached.

i support any action.. but writing to Uscis will help only if your interpretation of law (or lack of law) on spill over is correct. Shouldnt this be confirmed first?
