I have I140 approved in EB3 in Jan 2011. I485 is still long time to go. Can I change my employer and apply in EB2 and port my priority date?

I am having a really emergry question that I need help on.
case:
My Husband was a F1 international student and his F1 service had stopped by his school, but his Visa( China) was expires on July, 2009. Couple months ago, he and I gets married and he is ready for file the green card. But his grandfather is very sick now and he have to go back immedately; however, he didn't file anything at this time. If he having a emergry that need to go back on June , what he can do now? And is he able to come back to US?

While renewing, on the form, there are 2 questions:
14 Current Immigration Status
15 Manner of Last Entry
(both seem to have the same answer)
Any idea .. what I need to fill here?

Lots of activity to report. Congressional Hispanic Caucus leaders met this week with President Obama who said he wants a vote during the Lame Duck and would work the phones to round up votes. Harry Reid tweeted today that he'll offer the DREAM Act as a standalone bill which will hopefully help bring along a few of the "procedural" no voters from last September who indicated they like the DREAM Act but didn't believe in tacking it on to a budget bill. In the mean time, advocacy groups are apparently still arguing about the final language including answering whether college...

NPR reporter Jennifer Ludden tipped me off to this event. On Feb 23 there was a panel in this series (Fortress America: Comprehensive Immigration Reform) which pertains to us -- Fortress America: Impact on Innovation and Technology.
We should keep an eye on this site for transcripts.

Hello all
My wife dint work for a while on H1 status,but changed back to H4 after working for 6 months with change of status from H1 to H4 at INS..so currently she is on h4..
Will there be an issues during adjustment of status thru at 485 stage..will her details be checked in..?
