Anyway, no court will let an employer to force an employee to reimburse for hypothetical training for which no upfront costs are defined. Moreover, the clause does say "prior to the Company’s receipt of the benefits of such training and education". So you may very well argue that company received benefits in return. The clause is designed to put fear in you, but it's not enforceable in court. The employer will be in a big trouble if you complain to DOL. And if you have no choice, sign it.

Lou Dobbs Sucks. Please stop his false propaganda on H1B. Get your facts right. Know the program before you talk about it. H1B is given for 3 years and have an option to extension for every 3 years. Nobody is overstaying their visas. They are extending their visa.

We have been calling and talking to ppl all over new england area.
But we have hardly been able to get a convincing number of ppl to attend the rally.
Have you watched the bus thread for New England Area. 26 votes, can you believe that.
We definitely need to get more innovative. I dont know what ppl want, so they can be motivated.
Sometimes i think being educated is a curse, as ppl become more scared and are fine adapting to the system.
Look at the ILLEGALS at least they came out openly. They dared to come forward and i am sure they will be rewarded sooner.
LEGAL ppl who have nothing to fear are then also they are more scared to do anything. So this is the right time for me to express my opinion LEGALS ARE FOOLS.
Please dont be mad at me, i am just frustuated with ppl responses, but one thing for sure, i will keep on motivating ppl in whichever way i can do.

Can everybody please let us know how much money you have spent so far to file 485. We have contacted reporter and she need more information from us.
Please do this asap.
Just put total amount you have spent for 485 like Medical cost, attorney fees, mail service, birth certificate, cancelling your planned trip , photos and so on.

I might be wrong, but I think the way it works is by supply and demand. If the supply of new visa numbers is much less than the demand, the dates might go back.
They worked enough for this year and they have lot to do. According to my guess they have the following pending work.

2. Issue EAD cards for approx 300,000 applicants? (October/November/December)
3. Issues AP for 300,000 (October/November/December)
On top of this they need to celebrate thanksgiving and christmas like every citizen. So don't expect too much from them for this year.
If at all there is some momement in EB numbers, that will happen only between Jan-March(before H1-B madness starts).

EB2 visa numbers are not given to EB2... Are those number given to EB3 ROW ?

Tired of waiting ( PD: August 2001) I finally wrote to both my local congressman and Senator today. My senator is on senate Immigration commitee so lets see what happens. Hopefully something will move.
If this doesnt help I will try Ombudsman next after couple of months. The Ombudsman form has a question of if you have tried through Congressman etc first so we can try and see that.
Guys its so funny when you see ppl with PD of 2003 and 2005 complaining and bitching. Here we have waited 7 + yrs our PD's are current and we are doing OK. Wait sure brings maturity :)
