As a loyal reader of greatandhra.com shared a blasphemous incident with us through mail and we have written and uploaded that news yesterday. And that is about Lord Ganesh�s picture on beer bottles made by one of the US breweries.

Countless mails have inundated the mail box of greatandhra.com admin with sharing of anguish by hundreds of readers for this blasphemous act of that breweries company. They stated that they have contacted that Lost Coast Brewery with a complaint and also forwarded the response mails from that company. All the forwarded mails have got the same �copy-paste� response from Lost Coast GM/Sales. Here is that:
�Your words, thoughts and beliefs are part of a culture that I personally respect and believe that the owner group of the brewery share with me. Please note that I will act to evaluate this issue and meet directly with the owner group towards mitigating your concerns. It is good that many are fighting with that company to see the bottles removed from stalls immediately. The follow up on this incident requires continuous force and Hindu community should see that such blasphemy will not repeat again. And also ensure that those beer bottles are not in market with Lord Ganesh or any other divine picture of Hindu religion. Some suggested to make this news reach Sivasena, RSS and VHP as well. And we wish our readers do that as the voice of thousands will be louder than that of one.

My company lawyer had advised me that it is perfectly legal to do moonlighting using EAD card while holding down permanent job on H1-B.

You might get soft LUD's or hard LUD's. Even if CIS wanted to approve your application and requested for a visa number from DOS, DOS systems are not going to assign any visa number because DOS made them U and the case will have a pending visa number status. If there was any chance for overflow, we would have seen some date rather than U.

I was in a similar situation but since I had efiled, i had the LIN #. So i sent the photos after 2 weeks from my filing date. Did not wait for RFE. I received approvals on AP. In your case, you dont have a choice. In case you checks are cashed, try to capture the receipt # and then send the pictures by referncing the receipt #. It will make your case processing faster.

I already transferred my H1 on 1st week of March within 1 day and worked on a 3-4 week project ( real Project from a good client) but now we are not been able to nail the next Project and this new company is very accurate about H1 ( they should be also ) - they will cancel my H1 after the last Pay stub.
They are trying their best and i'm trying my best but things not working out on H1B. I definitely have way more fit Jobs on EAD and that's why I posted this in the weekend.
If some real employer can transfer my H1 It will be quota exempt because I've I-140 approval.
Thats a pretty tough spot to be in. You can try finding a H1B sponsor for yourself and transfer? How about looking for a H1B sponsor for your wife? I believe the H1B quota did not fill up this time.

I came across comments that H1 to EAD is one way. So its better to be in H1 rather than being in EAD. The expenses may not be great even you have to shell out some dollars. If you wish to change jobs and get around 30% increase use EAD.
I attended an interview that i have EAD then when it came to negotiations on salary i accepted the little lower offer and asked them to do H1B transfer. It works....

Attorney Murthy referred to few cases (I think she said 3) that went thru her law firm, which got approved on the last week of June and also on July 2nd. She said both her client (who were pleasently surprised, good for them) and the law firm were surprised as the dates were not current in June and also not in July due to revised VB.
She mentioned it in the context of lot of crazy things that is happening in USCIS and questioned the 60,000 cases that are being claimed to have been approved in under a month. All these bizarre happenings would get questioned and hopefully explained in the litigation.

i doubt they woould do an inch in our against , Social security , Medical is something we pay without even thinking of it there are more than 300K + in our boat and thats huge money 300,000* 300 on 90000000 thats just social security so no worries relax .

You can always paper file. That will solve the issue. If you want to E-file, here's how I did it with Trubotax:
put '0' for wife's AGI and e-file.
IRS will respond saying that last year's AGI and ur answer does not match. You have to send in form 8453-OL to sign your return. This means that your return is conditionally accepted, but you MUST mail the signature form for it to be complete.
(turbotax will provide you the form). Print it out, fill it and sign (you and spouse) and send it in.
Thats it!
